4. I first heard the Dixie Dregs in with the Industry Standard album (also ). At the time I was really impressed with their virtuoso musicianship and eventually went on to explore other albums including Night of the living Dregs () and the superb live album Bring em' Back Alive ()/5(57).

5. Mar 16,  · I picked up a very good + copy here in Auckland, New Zealand for $4 and was blown away by its punch. Allen Sloan's bass on all tracks comes through with a presence together with the kick drum that I don't hear as clearly on my CDs or other Dregs vinyl. The quality of this vinyl is impressive to me, mastered by Bernie Grundman.
